Tifani Nobles MA, ALC.

With over 15 years in the social service field, I’ve supported individuals and families as they work through a wide range of life challenges from anxiety, stress, grief, and family restructuring in hopes of finding healthier ways of living while creating a more meaningful life. Currently, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a discipline in Psychology from the University of South Alabama and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Mobile. I am currently working toward full licensure as an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) in the state of Alabama, under the supervision of Cindy Perronne, MS, ADC, LPS-S.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve worked extensively with at-risk youth and their families in a variety of settings, including school-based and outpatient programs, helping them manage behavioral concerns, strengthen family relationships, and move towards meaningful change. I bring that same empathy and real-world understanding to my work with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I draw from Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused strategies. I aim to create a safe space where your healing feels possible and progress feels within reach. Above all, I’m here to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel meaningful, creating lasting change that supports a more purposeful life, filled with hope, healing, and growth.
